Rules and Regulations

LLPOA Bylaws- The principal office of the Lake Latonka Property Owner’s Association, Inc. hereinafter referred to as Association, shall be located at Lake Latonka Subdivision, County of Mercer, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
 
LLPOA Resolutions- Resolutions approved by the Board of Directors since January 1, 2001.  A copy of the complete resolutions can be obtained at the Lake Office
 
LLPOA Construction Compliance Regulations- This ordinance shall be known and may be cited as the Lake Latonka Property Owners’ Association, Inc., Construction Compliance Regulations.
 
Reminders
 
  • There is a $3,000.00 Initiation Fee payable to LLPOA at the time of the closing on the transfer of real estate to new buyers into our Association.  This is a one-time fee.
  • No one is permitted on any part of the Earthen Dam or below the spillway.
  • There are to be no animals (dogs, cats or any other animal) permitted in LLPOA buildings during club & committee meetings or rentals. No animals are permitted to attend Community events or be in any community race, i.e. - Friendly Frolic, and no animals are permitted on the beach as per the By-Laws.
  • Please be sure to check with the office or on the website under "Fee Schedules" to see if there is a permit that needs to be obtained for any/all construction work, tree removal, etc...before the work begins.
