Reminder for Jackson Township Residents:

Per the township, all Jackson members must have installed reflective house numbers and they have to be at least 3" numbers and be visible from both directions.  If the numbers are not installed by December 31, 2011 there will be a fine per day imposed according to Ordinance 2010-2 from June 1, 2011 until the sign is installed.
 
Order forms may be picked up at the Lake Office or printed from the attachment below and return a check made payable to:  Jackson Township and the form to Jackson Township, P.O. Box 92, Jackson Center, PA  16133

The Garden Club wishes to thank Kathy, Kate, and Ozzie Shaffer, Girl Scouts and their leader for "Adopting a Spot".  These energetic Girl Scouts have adopted the "Helen Henry Memorial Garden" located near the barn and tennis courts to maintain this summer.  They have weeded the area and planted flowers.  A big "Thank You" to the girls.
 
Community participation is always welcome.  If a family, group, or individual would like to "Adopt a Spot" - there are many areas at the lake that need attention.  For suggestions of a spot you could adopt, please contact either Harriet Galeza 724-475-3544 or Diana Derbaum 724-475-4838.
